Customer Service

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped Priority UPS. All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. If you would like to Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, Please email us at info@hurtadodesigns.com and write shipping in subject line. We will add and additional $10.00 to your order. All orders overnight and 2nd Day Shipping must be place before 12 noon EST or they will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping:
Currently, Hurtado Designs does not offer international shipping online. However, if you are interested in placing an order internationally, please email us at info@hurtadodesigns.com and write international order on the subject line. We will email you back with a form so we can process your order accordingly.

Repairs:
If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact us hurtadodesigns@hotmail.com and type in ‘repair’ in subject line. When shipping the item to us, please send a copy of the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time your jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.

Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 7 days from date received for a prompt and courteous refund. Please contact our Customer service at info@hurtadodesigns.com . For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.
